Artist Spotlight: Andrew Pospisil

We’re in the final stretch!  Today’s Artist Spotlight is our ASM!

Andrew Pospisil is a recent graduate of Humber’s Theatre Production Program. This is his first time working with Artichoke Heart and he is thankful to be working with such an awesome and eclectic cast and crew.  As well as being a skilled ASM, Andrew is a talented props builder.  He helped to re-build and repair some of the puppets including: the Bag Children, Clawdia, Nurse Betty and Ann.

 


1. What excites you about this project?

Working with a dedicated collection of artists.

2. What else are you working on at the moment, or have coming up? 

Currently, working as a LX/AV technician. Always seeking out more theatre projects to participate in.

3. Who is your favourite WWAY character?

Blue Bag

4. What do you do when you aren’t doing theatre?

Continuously: writing, reading and drafting whatever comes to mind.

5. Which Muppet would play you in the Muppet movie version of your life?

Mahna Mahna

Artichoke Heart is an object theatre company formed in 2010 by Humber Theatre graduates Michelle Urbano and Tijiki Morris to create original works that explore our primal humanity.
